River to River Festival 2016

Lower Manhattan Cultural Council kicks of it’s annual River to River Festival Thursday June 16, 2016. Running through June 26, the 11 days are packed with over 30 events and 90 plus participating artists. Experience live art, dance, and performance through out lower Manhattan at parks, the waterfront, hotels, office spaces, and more! Be close to all the action throughout the festival by parking at our 10 Liberty or 10 Barclay garages.
